Returns and Refunds
At Revomax Australia we want you to love your insulated bottle. If something is not right, we are here to help.
30-day change of mind
You may return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition with all original tags and accessories. Personalised or customised items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Lifetime warranty against defects
Revomax guarantees its insulated flasks for life against defects in materials, workmanship and performance — including vacuum insulation and the Twist-Free lid. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from drops, misuse, dishwasher damage to powder-coated finishes, or normal cosmetic wear.
How to start a return or warranty claim
Email sales@revomax.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and (for warranty claims) clear photos of the product. We will review your claim within 2 business days and reply with next steps.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For approved warranty claims, the customer ships the product to us and Revomax covers the return shipping of the repaired or replacement product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the product was faulty or shipped in error.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
