Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Revomax Australia. We ship Australia-wide and aim to dispatch every order quickly so your insulated bottle reaches you in great condition.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times (Australia)

Free standard shipping on all orders over A$50. Orders under A$50 incur a flat rate of A$9.95.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days to most metro areas; 5–10 business days to regional and remote areas.

Express shipping (where available at checkout): 1–3 business days to most metro areas.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. For New Zealand orders, please allow 5–12 business days for delivery. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@revomax.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Revomax is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer; any redelivery cost will be borne by the customer.
